Project Management

Pouya Tarh Pars uses two main software tools for project management:

• Microsoft Project Manager
• Primavera

Both use the Critical Path Method (CPM) and can display project activities as Gantt charts or PERT charts. Primavera is commonly used for oil and petrochemical projects.

• Update schedules based on completed work
• Adjust timelines to accelerate project completion
• Plan and optimize financial and other resources during execution
